This course, from a consensus standpoint was one of the best training courses yet! The instructors, beyond extensive and impressive credentials, quickly grasped the specific challenges facing our organization and our industry. I had to choose to hold a 1 day program in lieu of a 2 day due to the time of year and 90% of the feedback forms suggested more time be allotted in the future. I have received many thank you emails and have had individuals stop me to thank me for bringing in this course. This proved to be a highly valuable course. I would highly recommend this course be offered to other regions.
