It is very difficult for an executive to manage others effectively without first examining his or her own leadership skills and style. This process begins with the executive asking themselves questions such as: What part of my job am I passionate about? What are my strengths and weaknesses and how does my job play to these? What is my primary leadership style and how does it fit the environment we are trying to create?


By learning how to leverage their strengths, minimize their weaknesses, and examine the effects and impact of their style through services such as leadership coaching, executives will be able to solidify the link between their leadership practice and business results.
