The start of a new more intent focus seems to be the theme for the month of September. The kids start school and we start to focus on our work in renewed and focused ways.

10 Solutions to Manage Time and Reduce Stress

 
Feeling like your schedule is controlling you versus you having any control over your calendar or time?  If you look at your calendar, is every single minute (or close to it) of your day booked, and your calendar filled with the same kind of days with mo end in sight? I know many of my clients feel like they go from one meeting to the next with no time in between to get anything done never mind process what just happened at the meeting they just finished.
 
Here are ten ideas to take back your time and replenish your energy reserves which may reduce some of your stress and even increase your effectiveness.
 
Tip #1: Schedule your meetings so you have a half hour to yourself before the next one starts.  This strategy will give you time in between meetings to catch your breath and outline what needs to be done.
