This self-assessment survey will help you identify your style of learning and communicating with others. Are you detail oriented like to analyze situations or are you sometimes more interested in getting to the bottom line and results faster? If you are like most people, you are faced with complexity, ambiguity, and frequent change and probably use a variety of styles to cope, but most of us don’t use a variety of styles equally well. Most people have a preferred style, which limits our options and sometimes our performance. It’s a little bit like having a tool kit that only has a hammer in it.

We all need a foundation on which to build our leadership and communication and this survey will give you the keys to know which is your preferred style and how to leverage that style as well as how to increase your access to a full set of communication style tools.
