There is no specific organizational outcome directly related to project planning. I will say,
however, that much of what Don and I discussed throughout our sessions has been applied
to my daily activities and the development of our bariatric surgery program, the minimally
invasive skills training laboratory, my creation of a tableside teaching system and my ongoing
efforts to help the institution plan for technology evolution and acquisition in the operating room.
